Limited Warranty

Mobile Lube Guys warrants all materials and workmanship against failure for thirty (30) days. This warranty does not apply to after-market or racing products or if the customer alters or tampers with Mobile Lube Guys installed products. Any claim covered by this warranty must be accompanied by an original receipt and a sample of the product or products involved in the claim.

 

Exclusions

We do not warranty repairs in cases where the customer requests work that is below our recommended repair procedure or parts quality standard. Repair work that incorporates substandard or used parts at the Owner's request will not be guaranteed. The labor involved to replace these special request parts will not be provided. These special cases and their lack of guarantee will be clearly noted on the work and discussed with the customer order before the work is started.

 

Replaced Parts

We will usually dispose of the used parts that are replaced as a result of any service performed on your vehicle. If you desire to have the used parts returned to you, you must inform the Service Manager at check-in and prior to the Technician starting any work. Mobile Lube Guys will not be responsible for any damage to used parts incurred as a result of their removal from a vehicle.
