What are Mobile Lube Guys service recommendations based on?

The majority of Mobile Lube Guys service recommendations are based on information contained in the owner's manual for each make, type and year of vehicle.

Don't I need to go to my dealer to maintain my warranty?

No. Automakers typically require that certain preventive maintenance services, such as oil changes, be performed at specific intervals in order to maintain your new vehicle properly and keep its warranty in effect. They do not require that those services be performed by their dealers. Your nearest Mobile Lube Guys is a great alternative. 

You can find the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule in your owner’s manual with us. That’s because Mobile Lube Guys Technicians follow the same manufacturer recommendations the dealer uses. 

It is important to note that manufacturers’ warranties do vary. So if you own more than one vehicle, make sure you follow the manufacturer’s recommended service/warranty schedule for each one

How do I decide whether to use conventional, semi-synthetic or synthetic oil?

Please consult your owner’s manual to see what your vehicle manufacturer recommends for your vehicle. Be sure to match the specification listed in your owner’s manual to that listed on the container of the motor oil. The name or type of motor oil (conventional, synthetic, or synthetic blend) is incidental to meeting this specification.
